Q: When your team will arrive on the booking date?
A: Our team will arrive between 08:00 to 16:00. One of the team members will contact you before arriving on your booking date. You don’t even need to be present all the time but be present and allow access of our team to your home.
Q: Suppose I have booked your cleaning services. What will happen next?
A: Once you have booked us for a particular date, our team will contact you via e-mail. After successful payment for the services, we will arrive on that date.
Q: Can I change the appointment date after successful booking?
A:Yes. But we need to check whether the team is available for your date and time slot or not. We will send the other team.
Q:What I will do if my cleaner falls ill or decides to leave?
A: We will send another cleaner as a replacement. We will contact you to schedule the appointment of our cleaner with you.
Q: Do I need to be present there?
A: No, you have to just present there when the team arrives and at the time of team’s departure.
Q: How much does your service cost?
A: We have tailored services and the cost varies from service to service. Like the cost of gutter cleaning and the regular cleaning will not be the same.
